LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP
We make this lemon garlic butter shrimp and asparagus skillet at least once a week. You can stir steamed cauliflower rice through the buttery sauce for a heartier dinner if you’re extra hungry.

Purchasing shrimp (or prawns) that have already been cleaned, deveined, and shelled makes preparing the garlic butter shrimp recipe quite simple. Shrimp with tails on or off can be used; for cosmetic reasons, we prefer to keep the tail on.
Purchase as many wild-caught shrimp as you can. Shrimps that are medium to large in size are typically more juicy.
While frozen shrimp works fine in this dish, fresh wild-caught shrimp generally tastes better.
