DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150ºC) in order to prepare baked kale chips. If you have a convection baker, use it to make the kale chips crisp up even more while cutting down on cooking time. Tear the kale leaves into big pieces after removing the rough stems. Arrange the kale leaves on a large baking sheet with a rim.
- Using your hands, toss the kale with olive oil and then add the seasonings. Spread out on the baking sheet in a single layer with the seasoned kale leaves.
- After 10 minutes of uncovered baking, gently nudge the baking pan and toss the kale to achieve equal baking.
